Welcome to
Bri's Brain Babies
Storytelling through written word and clay.
Bri is a fiction writer and potter based in Kansas City, Missouri, where she lives with her husband and their ten-pound toy poodle, Wilt.

Her work—both on the page and in the studio—explores the intensity of human emotion, embracing what is unique, imperfect, and alive. Whether shaping characters or clay, she seeks to create pieces that are rough around the edges yet undeniably beautiful, leaving people moved and craving connection.

When she isn’t working on her art, Bri is a licensed therapist with a private practice in New York City, specializing in trauma, depression, and anger management. She draws on her clinical background to examine both the beautiful and the terrifying aspects of being human, weaving these truths into her creative work.
